We all want to go home to our families after a long day of work. When we are tired and rushed to complete a project/job , we can, sometimes, get careless.
Safety and security at work are the number one priority, no matter what you do for a living.
There are many reasons why you would need a fuel transfer tank in the back of your pickup. Is your tank properly secured? It only takes a split second for a situation to go from great to very bad. When have you last checked the anchoring points of your tank?
A 450 liter (120 USG) tank full of diesel weight is at a whopping 595 kg (1,300 lbs). During an accident unsecured tank could easily end up in the cab of the pickup, and there is nothing the driver can do to stop it.
It is of the utmost importance that you follow the manufacturer's instructions for anchoring the tank in the back of your truck. Not doing so, can not only cause major damage to your vehicle and could seriously injure or kill you or others.
PLEASE BE SAFE OUT THERE!
